Every other week, usually on a Wednesday night, I have a craving for a Cowboy Crunch burrito from Neato Burrito. It's conveniently located within walking distance from my bungalow and in all honesty that is one of the main reasons I frequent this store in particular. It is definitely my least favorite of the three locations I've visited, but still serves a relatively consistent brick of a burrito, and the Cowboy Crunch burrito is a simmering pile of nom nom deliciousness with just the right amount of kick (with a jalapeno cheese tortilla). Sadly, the times I stray from the Cowboy Crunch formula, I am usually not well-rewarded. Creating my own mess from the options available usually ends in blandness as the ingredients lack spice and flavor. It also makes me mess my pants as the burritos usually drip with juices or spontaneously combust. Also, every now and then there's an "off-day" and I chomp into a few grains of uncooked rice, which feels exactly like losing a tooth. Cowboy Crunch = AWESOME! Everything else = eh...

coolest of the Neato Burritos, just as overpriced as the others.

It's been awhile since I had lunch here. Wednesday's burrito of the day was Roasted Pepper Pesto. I had it with chicken. Though I didn't think I'd be able to eat this entire monster, after the first bite I had no problem scarfing down the whole thing. Now I need a nap

This is a restaurant where you can buy burritos. It is the only restaurant that anyone should ever visit for the rest of their lives. Neato Burrito is my reason for living. It is the wind beneath my wings. I have tried many other burrito places and they have only brought me sadness BYOB

No more ice cream (bummer) but I'm sticking with the four stars in spite of the whole one-bathroom thing. There are new faces behind the counter but I haven't run into any issues with quality in preparing my delicious burritos!

Got a Cowboy Crunch after everyone I talked to recommended it. It tasted really good. I am not a big meat eater so it did not concern me as much but the center of the large and thick burrito had maybe 1/2 to 1 cup if that of meat. The rest was rice. I thought it was more than enough for one eating as I saved 1/4th for later and others with me ate a slice. Was told the burritos are larger than what ours were. Would eat there again. A child's beef burrito was super filled with meat. The children's chicken burrito was also skimpy on meat. A regular beef burrito was very slim on meat. My husband who likes more meat than other things (Subway) would have preferred less beans and rice and more MEAT!

DO NOT GO TO THE LEMOYNE LOCATION!!!! I am a long time customer of Neato Burrito. I've eaten at the 2nd St Hbg,Paxton St,and New Cumberland stores with great results. I've eaten at the Lemoyne store twice with horrible results. First time the food was "off"(strange taste and smell). Second time the service sucked and was treated poorly. I tried emailing to complain and got a response like "well that's our busiest and biggest store with the best mgt team and no one ever complains about that location so(I guess I don't know what I am talking about or don't have a right to complain). Being a long time customer(at least ten years) I think I know what I am talking about and have a right to complain when things aren't right. Sad. Maybe this is the new attitude for Neato Burrito that they're big now and now the customer doesn't matter. Definitely want to stress that I've never had a bad experience with the other locations just want to say steer clear of LEMOYNE!

This was great local restaurant. It reminds me of a hipster chipotle. What I like most was all the choices for tortillas they had (spinach, tomato, wheat to name a few). I also like the option of getting the burrito grilled. A couple of things that were so so. The salsa seemed a bit. I had the black angus, which tasted a bit like rump roast. A great place for a quick bite. Tip, they do not take AMEX.

The decor is a mixture of pretty much anything which makes it fun and different. Be sure to try the vegetarian chili!

Love the cowboy crunch! They are huge, so my husband and I usually share one. The burritos are consistently good - you always know what your experience will be. We especially love this location for it's proximity to the West Shore Theater. Makes for a great (cheap!) date night!

Just like their other locations, this place makes infant sized burritos. The servers were attentive and gave me everything I asked for without problem. Not a whole lot more to add really.

You are my original Neato Burrito. Therefore, I will always love you. And I do love you. Dearly. I love your cousin on 2nd Street in Harrisburg more. But you brought me into your family. And for this I will always be in your debt :-)

This is a neat little restaurant. The nice part is that you get to have control over what gets tucked into your tortilla of choice. This New Cumberland location gets the prize for the best physical location of all of the Neato's. The other one's are small and are often filled to capacity at meal times so good luck getting a table. I do have a few complaints. 1) A lot of their food is lacking in spice - which might be a result of being in central PA where many people like their food to be mild and polite; 2) some of their staff have that smug "I'm too envio-artsy-liberal-retrohippy for the room" attitude that just makes some of us want to say "get over yourself"; 3) there's often a huge line at peak times which makes it a poor option if you have a limited amount of time for lunch; and 4) see item 1 - it really needs a kick other than from a bottle of hot sauce.

Perfect. My wife and I eat Neato Burrito about once every week or two. I actually get giddy to get my cowboy crunch burrito after work. Here's a recipe for a great night: Call order in to Neato Burrito. Pick up order on the way home from work. Go down the street and pick up a case of Troegs at the beer store (don't know its name). Go home to watch TV. Don't plan on moving from the couch for about 3 days. These burritos are like food-bricks that sit in your stomach for a while.

I ate at neato all through college, and every burrito place since has failed to live up to its standards. You pick everything from the tortilla, to the meat, veggies, sauce, cheese, rice, etc. You move down the line like at subway. And the burrito is ginormous. Often good for two meals. This particular location has a pretty cool atmosphere.

LOVE Neato Burrito. Been eating here for 15 years, since the original location at 2nd & bForster St in Hbg. Best tasting burrito's anywhere, including Chipotle!

Neato's best burrito location, the others could learn from this one. One of my favorite fast food joints... to eat something semi healthy? Tuesday's (Blackened Chicken) and Thursday's (Thai Chicken) specials are my favorite. You can make your burrito as spicy or mild as you like. Be prepared to customize your burrito, even if you select one of the specials.

Love this place, love the food. This location is the coolest of the branches, very hip place. The food is customize to your taste, they have a Salsa of the day and it's different depending on the day of the week. Their website lists the info. neatoburrito.com . I love the jalapeo feta, so those are the days I tend to go out. All locations have the same food quality which I love. I have eaten at 3 of the 4. New Cumberland is the best decor however in my opinion. Portions are huge, unless you are a hefty eater plan on leftovers, or at least being extremely stuffed. You can also fax in orders using the fax form on their website, great for pick-up orders when you have a bit of a drive. This is a must try this place at least once if nothing more for the awesome dcor, but the food totally ROCKS!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
